3. Data Storage

Your breathing patterns and history are stored locally on your device unless you opt into cloud synchronization.

4. HealthKit Integration

Samay integrates with Apple HealthKit to save your completed breathing sessions as "Mindful Minutes." This data is written directly to Apple Health on your device. We do not have access to your HealthKit data—it remains entirely on your device and under your control through iOS settings. You can disable this feature in Samay's settings at any time.
